| hay guys, ive decided to furb up my splits, they are a two piece. ive got the tyres off, tried to undo the bolts but they r sooo dam tight, they have allen key fitment on the front and a 13mm nut on the backs. i cnt get a ratchet on the nuts coz they r so close to the outter. ne advice would be a help, i thought there was a page on this on edition but cnt seem to find it? cheers, steph  |

| i normaly use molgrips on the rears if im splitting wheels by myself, and doesnt matter if your going to buy all new nuts and bolts. send me a pic on msn if you struggle and ile see what i can do |

| Don't mean to insult you by stating the obvious, but have you tried an extension bar on the ratchet? Or is it the socket that's too big to fit? If so you can get a deep socket which should have slimmer sides and might be a better fit? Like zeeeees |

well as it happends i forgot about the extention bar until late last night, the only 1 i have is a fat 1. ive got a socket that will fit on but then the wheel comes in and cant get nething that i have over it. mite have to pop into halfords n c wat they got. ill get that pick up so u can see wat im trying to explain. cheers |
