| Hi we seem to have developed a problem on the caddy mk1 1.6 petrol , starts ok but sometimes revs very high but stays there like its stuck etc and when moving off it struggles to get to 20mph. first time just brought tha caddy back home and left it tryed again that evening problem went away, used for a couple of days on and no problems intill this eveining when the wife left work and it was same thing happening again, any ideas?. spoke to a m8 and he has said its the auto choke and they get stuck etc is this the case and can i change the auto choke back to a manual choke, or is there something else wrong that i have missed etc. | |

| I was going to say auto choke as they are crap at best. Manual choke it of you got a kit. | |
