Whats the first picture of Matty? Wheels look cool, whats the specs?

Adjustable front topmounts mate. theres not enough adjustment on the wishbone to get less than 2degree so need these to make it more neutral.

Wheels same as the other bentleys 9j et41.

wheels look good, that front looks wank! thats my opinion anyway.

This may be a dumb question but why did you sell your Bentley wheels to buy more Bentley wheels?

I think you need to look past the 2 tone paint and colour coded fogs. when you actually look its not much different to a stock bumper Not that ive decided on it yet.


Max - because some1 asked me to sell my 1s to him making me a decent offer, they was going to need 2 new tyres and had a ghetto respray and some curb damage so sold them. and a mate had the new set which i like so i bought them the next day, and i wont be much out of pocket with brandnew tyres. No brainer really.

Yeah i know, it sucks ;-(

I was thinking about this the other day, maybe cut out a circle of rubber and stick it (not literally) in between the topmount and the underside of the strut top?

Yeah that might be a good idea, kinda like a gasket. ill see how i get on with them.

Right this afternoon i started fitting my adjustable topmounts.



Most of the time was waisted trying to get the ARB droplink off which had rounded off. Cut it off in the end.


Then Old original topmount next to the new 1s. The new is 10mm thick and original 30mm thick so the 20mm will probs equat to about 10mm ride height drop



The adjustment bolts dont quite fit in the hole on the strut tower, so im going to have to open that up abit so they fit. Ill do it all the way round, so i can still rotate them for caster angle and itll look neater aswell.




Will also be sorting the drop link hitting the adjuster ring issue while everything is off.

This needs to be done dude, cutting 100quid tyres out every couple thou isnt cool Thisll be done in coupe days, then its passats turn

Nelds, ill probs start a thread soon once stuff start happening

ARB droplink clears now



All mounted up to make sure it fitted properly. will be taking back out to open the hole out abit more and little bit of paint to protect from rusting and cut bumpstops down abit as seems to be sitting on them now.
