| in my mk1 caddy i get massive front end shake at 55mph ,i've changed the wheels for freshly balanced 15" but still the same ,does any1 have a clue whats up | |

| Could be a few things really i suppose.. best just to have good look around the suspension ect. Knackerd shock absorbers, badly worn track rods. If youve swapped for decent wheels and tyres then it must be something along those lines i would have thought If it still does it when coasting when not in gear then i think that rules out the possiblily of gearbox shaking its self to peices | |

| I had the some problem with my mk3 golf changed both bottom balljoints job done only wobbled between 35-50 then the wobble went away at 55 then come back as i slowed down | |

| i imagine it would be very hard bending a drive shaft with out bending anything else
tracking some times causes shaking, my golf did when i took the assister springs out, and when my bro kinda sorted the tracking out its didnt shake as much. car was too low to get the tracking dead on. | |
