does anyone know a good way of waterproofing all the connections under the bonnet? im having major problems with spray getting in somewhere and killing the engine. its getting to the point where im not keen on driving when the roads are wet in case i brake down again!

plastic bags and elastic bands? heat shrink?

cheers in advance

Go rounds and clean all the connections and spray with silicon spray or spray grease, it'll replel most of anything but it will be messy.
