Am i looking at £100?...

Ok, so I might be picking a front bumper up fairly soon.
It's a little different to mine, but i think it'll look nice.

Anyway, its off someone else who has sprayed it in matte black.
Thing is, I want to get it sprayed in the VW black so it matches my car (paint code L41 i think...)

Anyway, does anyone know a good place round Cambridge/Ely way that'll respray it for me? I know Steph has mentioned one in P'boro before but dont really wanna travel that far to get it done. Would like to find a nice place nearby that I can use for future.

Dont really wanna spend more than £80 to £100 on getting it sprayed tbh.

know of a place in march that sprayed a KA door, 2 bumpers, some welding repairs and other paint, did a very good job for £300 so i doubt they would want much just to spray a bumper, normally builds kit cars, can get you a number if you want?

thats who ive used before my dad knows keith so can sometimes get me a little discount, antony i gotta have my car in at sutton so will get my dad to get me a price off keith, and also i can try a price for the bumper too.

you could try a & c autofinishes down milldenhall road in littleport, ak bodycraft at isleham, neil cawthorn at march.

i don't rate richard howes done a bonnet for me and it wasn't the best

Stampers, my mate sean will do it for cash.

when he did a bonnet for me recently he was meticulous to say the least. the bonnet was puuurrrrfec andi'm anal about paint.

you will get him on 07970 285317 tell him I sent you. he's at cave industrial estate fen rd cambridge.

he charged me a oner for the bonnet that included preping and filling as i thought it was a perfect bonnet but wasnt according to him.

Well, the bumper that was due to be painted was gonne be picked up this weekend, but the guy d!cked me about with a price for it.
Was an R32 bumper, so I can understand it being fairly pricey to paint it all (pretty huge bumpers).

Now i'm looking at getting an Anniversary front valance and having that and my rear valances colour coded.
So hopefully looking at the same sort of price all in as they are both half the size of an R32 bumper.

Once it comes through the post, I'll give all the guys mentioned a call and see what their prices come out at.

Difference between that, and paying £300 odd for a genuine jobby.
