UD was the plan but the house it taking priority, so it wont get done for UD now hoping to get the bodywork done then get it in my new garage and get it all built up in there.

yeah was booked, in and has been twice now, first time the snow got in the way and 2nd i just really havent really been able to get it ready. Im doin bits n bobs here and there, like me and mark got the interior and carpets all stripped out last week.

Yeah Audi but hopefully it wont be the A3 though

Got it in 1 matey Im probs gonna end up puttin the a3 back to standard and trading it it, if the couple people i have interested dont come look soon.

im selling it cuz i need a bigger car and ive had thie 2years now and ive gone as fair as i want to with it now so get bored lol

Just alil bump with whats happening with them. its been abit neglected of late due to the house, but ive still been getting together parts for it and im pretty much there for what i need, bare a few seals and carpets.

Plan at the mo is to get it through its mot in the coming weeks, then off to the bodyshop (finally ) and when its back hopefully ill be able to get it in the garage at the bungalow and start gettin it assembled

Are you haveing a full respray

well alittle bump up for this thread.

had abit of time on it today seeing as it was nice. think ive found where the water was coming in and looks like and easy fix.




a couple of bungs should hopefully sort that out.

A few weeks ago me and mark stripped out the interior when it was really wet to help it dry out and find where the water was coming from.



ill be getting all new carpets and sound deadening anyway. im gonna put as much sound deadening in as i can, dynomat the door and rear quarters as i want it to be really nice inside and ive got a nice little sound stystem for it so it will all help.
need to sort the plastics in the doors but thats easy enough.

Need a new bonnet as mine has warped in a V shape at the front where the support is for some reason, maybe heat from the VR i dont know. and possible getting new front and rear bumpers from BigBoyzToyz.

also collects a miltek exhaust at last months meet so, im going to get a 6branch and fit all that at the same time, when im building it back up.

Trailor has been organised to get it over to the bodyshop, just need to chat about how much needs paining and whats in good enough condition to keep.

Floorpan looks real solid, from what i can see around the wires etc lol

Blue looks veryy nice in those pics too, gotta love the BBM.

Looking forward to more regular updates now that weather permits

Yeah it is solid rob, not much rust anyway really. 1 of the bungs in the passenger rear footwell has rotted out for some reason, so ill have to weld that up and seal it. other than that it looks alright.

its progressing yous knows the bonned warped with all that pwrz

ordered front and rear bumpers, sill trims, carpet and sound deadening and poly bush kit from BBT today, bumper should be here in time for it goin to the bodyshop in 2weeks, sill trims are on back order and the carpet im waiting on confirmation its how i want if not itll be a special order.

and billy i realise that have stuff in there so painted as far as i could, now thats dried ive moved everythin over and ill paint whats left 2mora. then start on the walls
