hahaha this is awesome. i love how single minded people can be sometimes.

they call billy scene for doing something different whilst spending all there money on a 60mm drop, 15 chrome lipped bbs's and mint paintwork. now who really cant think for them selfs?

its all down to personal taste, ive never liked the rat look, apart from billys, as its so different. im more into the clean paint work and BBS that max is talking about. its whats so good about the scene, its so different everywhere you look

dont worry billy they r just haters, i got sh1te on club polo for my car too, it seems if u want to be different they will single u out n pick on u becoz u dont run mint bbs watevers n have the smoothest paintwork, its ur car do wat ever u want to it, i no u really dont give a sh1te tho n thats wat makes them gettin worked up even more funnier

When I first started ratting my mk2 I got a lot of stick for 'destroying' a perfectly good car. That fact that I rescued it from a field in the first place shortly before it got scrapped seemed to be forgotten.
Anyway I took it to the VW show at stonor park yesterday where it was parked up on the golfgti.co.uk forum stand with 10+ other motors. While I was sat in the shade behind our stand it was amazing watching people walking past our stand. There was hardly anybody that could get past kermit without stopping and pointing out a detail to their family/friends. Then having a feel and pointing to something else, it made a lot of people smile yesterday and that makes it all worth it. Also I LOVE driving that motor.

it gets a reaction and thats why people do things.....thats why i put the word 'pinstripe' on the back of my cheap car because i knew people would either see the funny side of it or moan about it.

alot of people do hate it, but i hate cars with hoodride stencils unless they are an actual hoodride.
