| after driving my girl's polo for a week or so now i've decided to play with her car rather than mine. i want to drop it about 50mm or so but i want to play with the wheels also. is it possibe to take a wire wheel to the rims to get the laquer off so i could spray them myself? i'm not worried about any showroom finish or anything. i just need the paint to stick. this is all a first for me at trying stuff out myself so any advice would be greatly appreciated. | |

| lol with the amount of stuff ive sprayed i should be the don by now. just start with some 120 grit sand paper, then 600 then a quick rub down with some wet and dry. reprimer and spray. the trick with spraying anything is the more time you spend preping the better the finish will be on the final product | |
