| Ok so soon i will be at the stage of painting my 72 bug, the question is, what colour? initially i thought rat black. I'v moved away from that idea though. Now im thinking maby this colour?   Ideas please  Cheers! | |

| Agree with tiz! Satin blue ftw.
Theres an additive you can by from any bodyshop suplyer which will make any paint matt or satin. | |

| Blue with a red flip Ok, let's get serious now... lol Personally I love this colour - it's Bordeaux Red - a vw colour from the 1950's - the reference is L51  Also happens to be the same car that this lovely lady poses with...   We were going to do a full-on resto on our 1959 bug and paint it this colour - but the chance to buy Rhett's splitty back came up - and we couldn't refuse! | |
