i know where there is a 24valve vr6 engine for sale, yet to find out if it comes with a box or not. but i do know that there isnt a loom with it.

my question is, will a easier to obtain 12v loom from a mk3 golf work? or am i going to need all the complicated mk4 electrics?

doubt a 12v loom will work m8. just stick the 24v on carbs Razz

12v loom wont work BUT. the 24v engine is a better engine to put on bodies or like you was on about bike carbs they are easier to make work on that too.
