Trouble uploading photos now sorted

I'm trying to upload some photos from my iPad library but when I get to the upload icon it just chucks me back to the start.
I chose the first photo icon with a disc on it and it says chose from library which is fine I chose my pic then is says host so I click that then I get three options thumbnail,image or URL I've tried all 3 but it just goes back to the beginning. I've done it before but not on my I pad where am I going wrong?
