Hi,
any 1 have done or have any materials, links about turbo install on SDi engine ??? I'm not after full TDi conversion.
I'm sure it has been done with Garrett GT15 ... can't find any info.

you want AAZ parts then, AAZ sump, oil lines k03 turbo or k14... if im honest i think you'll be lucky to find all that and would be better off fitting a complete AAZ TD

As i know what your after rafel, what age is the vehicle?

If it was me, i'd drop a mk3 golf TDi engine in Very Happy


Like you said tom, everyone's after AAZ's as you know from the caddy forum. TDi will be cheaper and virtually plug and play having the same fuse board.

i suppose yeh and i picked up a TDi donor car for £300 taxed and tested lol. Dunno what you would do about pedal box though.. have to get a caddy tdi one probably if it wasnt already fly by wire of course

its not really being different though its making more work for yourself, dont build what you can buy Razz. It will be bloody hard to get the manifold and stuff off to get the turbo manifold and that on. I know ive done it loads and i hate it.
