Advice needed - Mk1 golf clutch death Empty
PostSubject: Advice needed - Mk1 golf clutch death   Advice needed - Mk1 golf clutch death EmptyThu Sep 04 2008, 10:39

Howdy all!

My golf has thrown all his toys out of the pram this month. I just got a call from the garage who have just finished the £200 work they were doing on it already, and they think the clutch is near enough gone :(

My question is - how hard is this to replace myself? I can't really afford to spend MORE money on the car this month so am considering trying it myself.

Advice would be mint, don't really know what to do!

Cheers all
Mat
