MR2 gt t-bar

Picked up a '93 jap import mr2 this week. Its the non turbo but still quick. These pics are how i picked it up. As you can see the paint work is dull as the previous owner didnt have a clue. He had put t-cut on but never took it off properly,and he thought that was the finish result and ended up selling the car very cheap due to faded paint work.
anyway i gave it a good wash and now its 10x better.so today is resulting in another wash then a cut then a good coat of wax. will upload pics later.

Nice... my brother had one of these it had the same problem with the red paint work, also as it was a jap import the clocks were in kmh and we also found that it was limited to 112mph took a while to work out why it just would not go any faster,

The speed is in mph and the mileage is in kilometers. This is not limited

I think it depended on how it was imported ,some company's altered the clocks to mph and removed the limiter , The history on my bros was not great........good fun though as I took it for a test drive when he got it and went side ways round the roundabout

gave it a quick t-cut and polish today but got bored. i will be respraying it in spring next year as my new job has a oven which my car fits in so cant wait to get it in and make it look good
