Few bits from the last couple days, egt delete pipe I made. eBay ones are £55 so that's a saving of £55, result!


So backing plate for Pump to engine, head pulley etc. as now running the landy 300 pump had to take the hole out from vw size, so made a blank with a centre hole, stu tacked it up then I ran the hole cutter through. So now can have a big mock up of all the parts



And brackets for cam belt cover to the backing plate so now it all bolts up

I have been told I have a hole fetish :s either way that's it for the holes now, well other than the rad brackets and oil cooler braces but I've made those.

Can do dude once I got all my stuff done, unsure what the blanking plate looks like though for the other end? Also I have two blanking plates to block off both end of the inlets to clean them out

Yes, more brackets with holes in, rad brackets and oil cooler braces to stop side to side flex.


Rad and intercooler brackets tacked at work, ready for the steel brackets to go in. Trimmed and tacked up, with oil cooler fitment too. Slowly getting there now! Enjoy

Other little addition, the boost hose on the drivers side will hit the slam panel, so cut a notch out and made a oem looking panel to put strength back in, first picture is upside down so sorry if it looks confusing

Gearbox progress at last, been putting this off or a while now!

Started last night, wire wheeled the worst off with the drill, then masked to blast.
