| does anyone know how i can get a little more out of my jetta, it seems so flat...... its a 1.6 with a piersburg 2e carb. didnt know if there any adjustments that could be made to card or timing set up to give it a little extra go. | |

| start with a good service. then get your carb and timing set up. carb tuning though id say is a dying art. also the old pierburg could be at the end of its life, requiring rebuild or replacement. thy're often replaced by a weber 32/34 dtml which is a nice upgrade | |
