got a set of low profiles going on the front this weekend! cant go lower on the current front tyres as they already rubb the headlight bowls constantly and there 2" smaller than standard tyres!

joe, just a couple bad bits, not really much shiney bits on it really so i dont think the thread will be much of a big hit. we're all pretty much got our heads up our asses here and we like to make people do our work u see. so if you wouldnt mind maybe fully polish ur wheels inside and out u may get more posts from nobs like me

its not going till september at the earliest;)

gonna have a huge session on her this weekend. its too low for an mot at the mo so i have to swap the front beam and all steering arms over tommorrow for standard ones. then raise the rear back up, change the windscreen. do the rear brakes and handbrake cables change a tyre and swap the rear lights for standard ones. then it can go for an mot monday!

then once it has an mot i have to swap everything back over by thursday as im off to a show at 8am friday morning!

fingers crossed it passes ok.

spent all afternoon and evening on her today. it now sits at standard hight:shock: it makes me sick to look at! lol. also has brakes that work and a working handbrake, a proper horn and washers that work! its going for mot at 8am this morning. fingers crossed!

took her for test today. and she faild:( luckily nothing serious. few bits of welding, a tyre, lots of lights, missing split pin and unbalanced brakes on the front. so should have a mot on tuesday.!

today has been another busy day. she has a mot!!! so after work i sorted out the gearbox oil leak wich was a axle gaitor, put a new one on. and fitted new polyurathene inlet manifold boots as my ones had perished and was drawing in air.

tommorow night is gonna be another busy one as i have to swap the front beam over and drop the back end back dow to where she was!

took a few pics yesterday when i decided to start it up for the first time in over a month! havent driven it over the winter really as its a death trap in the wet! got to raise the back end up to drive it round in the winter

rear end is now raised. its drives like a dream now but looks fooking crap! as its looked so crap i decided to bolt the stinger back on

going to pick the bits up to make me some adjustable length springplates next week so i can go low again and still drive it in the wet. also ordering my slam tyres for the front next week thats another 1" lower witch is a bit of a problem lol.

also just got a set of twin carbs finally just need to find a cheap set of manifolds and linkages and im ready to drink more fuel

i heard the toe in and camber was so bad you caused the Haiti earthquake...

well after the meet on fridai i decided my bug was still too high. so today i may have gone a tad too far lol. i cant even get my little finger under the beam now. ill post some piccys up tommorow!
