| Right after never being happy with my bay because the covers and inlet were purple and badly polished i decided to redo pretty much everything yesterday including the massive rush job i did of the slam panel to get it done for players. Im so much happier with it now and dont feel ashamed to lift my bonnet haha.. So heres the work i did on it. stripped down throttle body was manky as hell so thats the first thing i did cleaned(looks almost new) repolished the inlet with my mates rotary buffer Didnt think i had any slam panels left but dug through all my stuff in the shed and found a couple, this one was in the best shape, off my old ratty beige GTD on banded steelies. So i dug out some cans of paint and got painting things Building it back up Final product MUCH better :flower: Still using the mk3 rad and twin fan setup just made new mounts and modified the crossmember so it could sit further forward and lower down to fit undernearth. Looks LOADS better and gives me more access to work on the engine too. very happy | |

| came home early from my mates cause i felt like a bag of sh1te cause ive got a cold.. But my new clocks were here and got a strut brace off my mate cheap, so went out and got some nice bolts for the strut brace and a decent drill bit and fitted it. Fitted my clocks as well so ive now got a working speedo, mpg, oil temp etc so im well pleased with that best £30 spent on them. Like this pic of it coming in the drive so had to put it up haha brace fitted | |

| OMG FFS.. i decide to sell the thing i get the insurance swapped over...
Then mark takes me to look at a VR6 which of course made the heart twinge a bit whilst he also spends most of the time convincing me to keep it.
Get home.. get a text from some of my friends telling me to hurry up and get it back out cause they miss it.
Then you show me pics of the sickest centre caps in the world
How can i sell this bloody jynxed car now.. im stuck with it till i go bald from the stress and broke from the fuel consumption | |
