| So on saturday I suffered my first new BMW owner injury - Runflats...
Got a flat whilst doing some shopping in town. Called BMW to get a replacement done for monday and they quoted me £205 for 1 tyre!
After a bit of sulking followed by some internet searching, I managed to get one fitted yesterday at Kwik-Fit in Newmarket for the bargain price of £170 for the one corner...
Needless to say the new wheels I get for it will NOT be running run flats!

| Boredom + stupidly large plate recess + pack of a million tiny stickers = this: (sorry for naff photo's, im clearly not a photographer chap) also ordered some carbon badges to replace the standard ones - only the rear one didn't fit so i've ordered another. So far have done the steering wheel and bonnet: Next to do is get black kidney grills and maybe laminx the rears a slightly darker shade and start seriously thinking about new wheels. | |

| On Friday I parked my car in a very overpriced 5 star hotel car park - on saturday morning, after being trapped in a car wash for 10 mins due to a random power cut, I noticed someone else in said hotel car park had decided to leave traces of their blue mk5 on my car - greeeaaaat - fortunately, I know Jay, and he knows how to polish. Thanks babe.
Weekend wasn't all bad though, once the hangover wore off and before Jay got down to my arch, we went for a "quick" trip to halfords in Newmarket which resulted in an hour long jaunt around Newmarket in the 650i - revving at ugly birds and flooring V8's through drive-thru winnings!

| So, a REAL update!
Today I've ordered some parts that should arrive by Wednesday to be fitted at the weekend... Just need to sort out wheels now to compliment them.

| Haha, you can verbally abuse all you want, but i'll always ignore you. The car is being lowered to stiffen it up a bit and handle a bit better and to accommodate new wheels in the new year. | |

| Today I picked up Ant (Stampers) at silly-o'clock for Saturday and we headed up to Derbyshire - It was cold and there was still snow, which we got stuck in... f*****g northerners! anyway, here are some pictures of my day: It was clean when I set off, but this is how it was when we got back...: Surprisingly spacious with the seats down: The reason for the whole journey: 18x8 BMW MV3 wheels - I might paint them in the new year, I might not, who knows... I should be ordering new coilovers next week too - ooh, exciting. | |
