| quite  as im picking up a new project tomorrow! Its a 1.5 mk1 golf GX with only about 70k on the clock! This is pretty much what it looks like at the moment (minus the bike!) although these pics where taken about 2 years ago:    Its been off the road for a couple of years so really no idea how much work it needs but i got offered it at a price that was too good to refuse and accepted without even going too see it! Apparently it still starts, drives and stops ok so fingers crossed! Got a few plans of things i would like to change/do to it but gotta get it home first and see how much work its likely to need for an mot! Insured it tonight....£84 for the whole year fully comp with all mods declared (staff discount is great!).  _________________  10% DISCOUNT FOR FENDUBBERS MEMBERS...PM ME!

| well its home! now have a mk1, mk2 and mk3 on the drive....half way to a full set  been off the road for approx 3yrs and we put a battery on and it fired straight up! Still drives really well too! | i love it is so cool cant wait to get it on the road! i will help with the cost of getting it on the road its so cool! so martin is it our car?? cant wait to take kids to school and see the look on the other mums faces in there mercs and rangerovers etc .... they wont understand at all will they! |

| that looks fantastic, looks like all it needs is the stickers removing and dropping over a set of nice wheels. i love the look of 'used' Mk1's, especially more doors! |
