Can anyone tell me are the 1.4 1.6 shocks and lower arms the same as the 2.0 gti's ?

no gti's run whats called wide 5, wider track and being 5 stud mean the hubs mount differently. You need stuff either off a mk3 gti 8v or 16v or a VR6. If your lucky i think i have some mk3 vr6 wishbones in the shed

Yea i've got both wishbones, i'm pretty sure there still intact. Only problem is i need them for the moment, as the car's gotta be rollable lol. I could pm you when I know when It's going, should be soon, although I'm presuming you wanna be on the road again pronto?

Car is off the road for a bit mate had a accident today on way to look for parts tryed to avoid bambi and lost control and ended up in a dike :(
