PostSubject: Mk3 Golf Cab - Wheel refurb 14/11/09   Sat Oct 17 2009, 22:17

Hey guys and girls...just joined up..know/met a few people off here so thought i'd show the new work in progress....was initially looking for a polo 16v or gt but kept searching with no avail and in the end came across this and bought it straight away!!!

Lowered on some Lenso 17's
Recent new black electric hood
Full heated leather

Here's the pics

After a quick polish

Interior

Compulsary sticker :]

Beginning to feel like all of my other cars!!

So far all i have done is blacked the rear badge and the handbrake handle/cover as previously it had a cream interior so i am slowly going to get the rest black...fitted those super bright lights and ordered some flat wiper blades...oh and that little bear!!

Plans are to get gti arches on there...replace vr6 splitter that broke off and tidy it up in general....wheels need a refurb and will get a badged front grill and maybe tint the windows lightly and tint the front indicators/lights etc.

Any comments welcomed...
Hope you like

Jay

Yup that's me!!

I figured after writing off my first polo and having the second stolen and not recovered i'd give it a shot at golfs!!!

Before i either had a car lowered without low profile tyres....or with them and no lowering....now i have both and it feels like i'm in Lee's Golf hahaha bumppppppppy

Yeah i will come along to the meet...i did come to one at the beginning of the year....
...and to thing i started looking at 106 gti's and civics.....oh the shame!!!

Again another update....had a knock tuesday and resulted in me needing a slam panel....headlights and bonnet...and my mate neds his rear bumper sprayed....ouchhhhhhhh

anyway thanks to Buey2 and Hasekna on here i had all th parts i needed by wednesday night and now have them all on...so here's how the front now looks....

first job was to spray the bonnt very badly in matt black...

then fitted all of the rest..

I never noticed the gti lights were different before.
