klkl sorry about my text speak bad spelling i was in a rush, his will only go bout 40mm drop on 18ins and rubs well bad.

i tryed the 18s on mine while it was on the ramps the back ones went in a treat looked real good wif the 50mm springs but the fronts rubbed on the inner gards even wif the plastic removed so just thought it would be better wif 17s on her shame though coz she looked good on the 18s
the car will not be as quick with the 18s as the diameter is larger if you want good accerelation go for smaller wheels rather than larger 1s

we'll get them shox fitted mate no worries.

the 18's did look awesome on her, the stance and road presence was amazin, just weren't gonna tuck under tho were they??

Finally after 2 months of trying to conact the ppl who sold me the
coilovers and getting them machined to fit they have been fitted and im
not a happy bunny as they are ment to be drop down to 120mm you tell me
is this a 120mm drop????





I know im not acctually going to drive it around on a 120mm drop but it
would have been nice to know that they would acctually go down that far
if i wanted to also the 50mm springs i took out made it lower than it
is on the collies (although it did f**k all the shocks in the process)
and the ride is much nicer but it still has a little front end bounce
but not enought to Piss me off like it did with just the springs
as you can see they are all wound right down




oh and you can also see from the pics iv tinted the rear windows too so
a bit of and up date on that front and i think that these wheels are
growing on me as iv had it on as a spear for a few of days

not reali 120 mm is it mate lol, how much drop were youre springs?are they 4 sale?looks clean!

take out the adjusters on the back to get it that little bit lower. my mate had exactly the same prob with his mk4 golf and coilovers, the back didnt sit very low fully wound down, i looked up on google and loads of people were saying the same thing about loads of the newer vag cars, not cool

i just took out the adjuster and the rubbers on top and below the spring on my passat. its the only way to get them lower. or get a new spring wound.

Yeah adjusters out the back m8, and them fronts dont seem to go very low wound right down
