this is true as you can service the forge and uprate the springs to suit boost pressure. Yes i'm a "Geek" as you say lol!

you can actualy get a D type from baily which is for cars with bigger boost pressures i belive, 150bhp doesnt really come into that though. and you can send ur valves back to be serviced too.a chap came in the other day and had a dv26 on his a3 and seemed ok. dv30 just replaces the bosch recerclation valve that comes as standard

I take it from that you work for bailey?

If so you know if they do a header tank for the MK3 Ibiza?

nope afraid not mate, trying to make them get into making some vag stuff, not sure if any other company does at the mo?

Nah no one else does anything like that for the ibiza, trying to find some spare time to get over to pro alloy and ask about some custom fab stuff.

maybe if you can get a group buy going i may be able to sort something out for you mate? is there a company that does it for any vag stuff? dont wonna tred on anyones toes

Maybe, see what peeps think on the ibiza forums, forge do alot for vag motors but manily VW so doubrt you'll be treading on any toes tbh, hence why i was going to go to pro alloy.

yeah, they don't list anything like that on there webiste but there not far from Pro alloy so could see them both in a morning.

they did some custom bits for my bike a while bacl so yea its best to pop in nice bunch of people tbh very helpful

we do a mk2 one at work, greg adapted it to fit his mk1 and it looks awsome. nice and shiney too
