Right, my lovely little coupe is up for sale. It runs out of Tax and Test within the next month or so, and needs a few bits to get through the next one. It is a 2 litre 16v 6a engine (pretty much the same as a 9a), the car has done 106,000 miles and runs really well, I've swapped the inlet cam for an ABF one which improved the top end of the revs massively, as standard they are pretty flat. When I first bought it it needed a head gasket, which whilst i was doing I had it skimmed and pressure tested, changed the valve stem seals and replaced the cam chain. this would be ideal for a conversion or something similar and you'd have all the parts you need. i would have ideally broken it myself, but I don't really have the time or the space. I'm looking for 450 pounds, if anybody is interested I can get pics of whatever you like.

no just to fund another daily, I need something more diesely and with more doors. As coupes go it is massive inside! with tons of legroom in the back and front. I do have kids and could only survive without more doors for so long.

front discs, subframe bushes, new exhaust and a door cable so the drivers door opens from the inside. Also the rad has a little leak too, it's been leaking as long as I've been driving it but never really bothered me as I only really drive it to work and I never get stuck in traffic. new rads are 150 quid, but they are always available used on ebay for more like 20-30. I've replaced the front tyres sometime in the last year but the rears are now getting low, still legal last time I checked though.
