take the front part of the door pull off and you will find 2 screws, there is a slide off part on the interior handle, unscrew the door pin, take off your mirror adjuster, interior mirror plastic cover and 2 screws either side of the door card.

its then a case of pulling it off.

i reckon i could do it with my eyes closed

when you do pull it off, pull it from the bottom up as the top is hooked over.

i personally pull it out top to bottom. theres a gap where the internal mirror cover is where you can get your fingers to grip the card and slide it out of the window seal

Same here, also if you look theres like some metal clips? at the bottom which the door card sits on and will pivot on, and the top slots inbetween the plastic bit, when i put mine back on i just sat it on the clips tilted it forwards and slotted it in. Smooth
