ive been trying all morning to speak to someone i just keep beeing put on hold lol.

my parents have noticed that there is still money coming out of their account for my beetle insurance? which sold i in october and cancelled the insurance so how is there still money being taken? i even remeber ringing up trying to cancel but i was told i had to send a letter to cancel, which i did. also had a letter from premium credit saying i owe £62.37 because the direct debit had been cancelled for this insurance which my dad cancelled and i got nooooooo money what so ever at the moment to pay that.
