Although i dont think its far that the car that gets voted 1st should take the whole front cover. think that shoudl be a club photo, maybe from 1 of the summer meets. sure i remember some pics taken front the wall at 1 of the bigger meets.

looking at the number of cars on the forum, amd everyone will want a shot at there car on the calander, i think each month should be dedicated to 1 type of car and have a couple on each page (eg mk1 golf, polo 6n, caddy, camper, etc).
what do you think?

In reply to tiz's post as theres no chit chat on that thread just entry pic's.

I think it should be current cars only otherwise certain peeps could put up an abundance of entries. No only that, the cars have now moved on to new owners elsewhere so they dont represent this area club anymore.

What you think?

Bingo.

Spot on with the calendar idea Mark. Would be wicked to see it all finished.
And the second design for the calendar months is best imo.

Also, when people are entering you want to limit the amount of pics they put up on the 'pick me' thread.
I think 2 pictures suffices for an entry. Just so people can see what/whose/which car it is. Otherwise people will put up like 10 of their car.

And when it comes to the people who have been picked, there MUST be a rule of no crappy camera phone pics.
You don't want a nice calendar to have July messed up by some idiot with a camera phone. Razz

The 1 pic you put up wont necessarily be the pic you'll want on the calender. Its simply to put yourself forward.

Come weds night, i'll close the pic thread and write down the members who have submitted a pic.

Those members will then be Polled on.

In the poll list, i will write them so peeps can identify who it is therefore they can check on the car with more detail in there build thread, be it a project or a daily.

so for example

Curtiscaddy= mk1 caddy rustowagen project
mattymk1= Audi A3 slammed on porsche twists
polosteph= Polo 6N2 and wide bandies
