normally if u claim and dont wait for liabilty to be sorted then yes u pay ur excess and then claim it back when liability is sorted but i wudnt recomend this as then u have to chase for the excess back and if u renue ur premium goes up as if u have lost ur no claims and then u have to claim that back too. its a big load of crap in all honesty. u havent had a crash have ya ?

I knocked a guy at a junction because a woman ran a red light and and as it was green for us to go we were all moving and then suddenly brakes slammed on but mine didn't stop enough....guy from work wants to cla....he's just rang me and said he doesn't want to have to go through it all so i have agreed to get his bumper fixed and sprayed....finally a light at the end of the tunnel!!!

I just need new bonnet and slam panel plus a headlamp

If i can get them by friday evening i will show up in my golf...if not will have to do it saturday!!

haa ye i read about that the other day, best to just pay for his bumper and fix up ur own, easiest and probs cheapest way to do things as long as u both play ball. hope ya get urs fixed up soon too!
