| How hard is it to change as mine today has just started to make some noise Also were will be the cheapest place to get one from or would it be a dealer only ? |

| on some golfs u have to take the timeing belt off to get to the water pump _________________  |

not on the mk3 8v or 16v |
Yeah thats right got a pump just need someone to fit anyone know anyone who can do it cheap |

| LOL mate i only know how to put petrol and oil oh and water in it and drive it dont like the engine side of cars |

| i dont know where the water pump is on it bet there will be only a belt to take off and prob about 4 bolts and its off the u will have to put water back in ya cooling system _________________  |

| its quite an easy job, only made harder by the likes of powere steering. take alternator off, take powersteering bracket off (if you have power steering), remove waterpump. then do this list backwards most tricky bits are putting powersteering belt back on, this is a bit of trial and error. fill back up with water and bleed system _________________  |
