| Sorry this isnt car related but its about my girlfriends scooter.
Basicly she just spent nearly £300 getting it fixed and serviced. A few weeks after it broke down again. Aparently the engine is ceased somehow. (2stroke oil tank is full)
Which makes me think there may have been a blocked oil filter stopping the engine lubricating itself. Surely they should of checked and replaced this as part of the service previously? I can see them wanting a sh1te load more money now to strip it all down again. Any ideas of what i should do people apart from scrap the thing! |

| you could probs threaten them with the office of fair trading lol Strange how it ceases after a service but 300 for a scoot sounds expensive anyway. Dint pay that much for 60k cambelt service on the ibiza. PM skinhead on here as he knows a thing or 2 about scoots/bikes he owns some lovely old skool scoots himself _________________
