gearbox swap

thinkin of maybe, possibly puttin a 5spd box in my polo, as its reet annoying having it whine its tits off on the motorway in 4th, and also thought it might be a bit more economical running a long 5th gear.

how possible is this? is it just a case of a straight swap over, or would there be loads of tweaking to do etc?

Its a straight swap then just a case of realigning the linkage to suit Very Happy
