| Hmm, could be the water temp sendor as you say it does it when warm. Any trouble with it starting in cold conditions? |

| | nah starts fine, soon as the key turns! its deffinately not enough petrol geting through, and as when its cold it chucks loads of extra in it feels great, then it gets sluggish when warmed up! |

| Has your MPG dropped loads? I'd agree with Caddyrage and check the blue water temp sensor as its running fine cold but if the sensor is faulty it won't recognise that the engine is getting warm so it continues to pump loads of fuel in effectively flooding the engine and causing it to run rough. _________________

| Yeah I agree, sounds like a faulty temp sensor. If it reads the temp too low it will stay in a warm-up enrichment state, which will be fine when its cold, but over fuel like buggery when it gets warm. _________________ Stu

| | picking one up from vindis tueday, nicked one from breakers today, thats made sod all difference so its probably nakered too as it was well dirty! yer MPG aint great atm! but ive still got inejctor cleaner running in the petrol so could be that aswell as it dilutes the petrol, almost empty now so guna fill up with some v-power, and see what happens, its pissing me off a treat. |

| | i really think the richness needs to be played with, because there is a difference when you unplug the sensor and plug it back in, so thats working. or could it be making a difference but still be broke? its starting to annoy me |

That would sugges that it is working, but not necessarily properly. It may well have drfited out of range and thereforefeeding the wrong resistance into the ECU. _________________ Stu
