What sort of alarm, if any, have you got. my mk2s battery onyl lasts about the same, so im upgrading to a biiiiig 1. cuz size matters lol

check you alternator first, if that is fine, has your car got anything added to it (like electric windows), cos there could be rubbish wiring going on.
or a simple thing is, is the boot light turning off when you close the boot (not even sure if bugs have these).

i got a cliford duno wot cat it is tho lol. it s got a dinamo not altanator ant the only thing thats conected wich is artermarket is me amp bout would that realy drain it if its not in use, n how would over cum it if it is........... bash bash

Well my mk2 golf a crazy clifford alarm, and no amp or anything so id put money on the alarm. find a battery more up to the job

yup my bugs always had problems with stereos flattening the battery even when they was turned off???

try disconnecting it completley and see what happens! surely you can run for a few days with no radio!

i presume the amp is wired in correct (all the lights go out on the amp when the radio is turned off)

car batteries can only be disscharged and recharged about 3 times.

after that you nrrd a new one anyway
