 2002 Audi A6 fuel guage and temp gauge electrical issues

PostSubject: 2002 Audi A6 fuel guage and temp gauge electrical issues   Tue Jul 07 2009, 08:11
Basicallly the needles on the two gauges are sitting above where they used to sit. i.e instead of the fuel light coming on at the red line its coming in at a quarter of a tank. The temp guage sits at 110 C onstead of the usual 90. Any ideas on what causes this?
