Well the Bora has now gone!

Although it did its job as a main family car perfectly and was virtually trouble free in the 10months or so i had it i never managed to get anywhere near as enthusiastic about it as i had my Corrado, so when Emma recently got a megane scenic (No ) there was no need for 2 practical cars in the house so the Bora was put up for sale or swap.

I had lots of tempting offers but pretty much from the start had my heart set on a 3dr mk2 preferably in either Atlas/Pearl grey or oak green so as soon as i got offered this by g60nick on here my mind was pretty much made up.

So my new project (after a good wash), just in time for E38:

its a very late '91 (reg 31/12/91) 8v gti
g60 steels
uprated springs and shocks
scorpian exhaust
goodrich brake hoses
Samco coolant hoses

A few minor bits to sort out and some changes i want to make but other than that im chuffed to bits with it! Cool
