Had a nightmare of an mot today, first off the fan never cut in and the bloody thing emptied itself of coolant all over the garage! then it failed on a number of electrical issues all of which I can sort easily. however, it failed on a corroded nearside sill and I can't fix that. can anybody do a nice cheap fix for me? npthing flash, just enough to get an mot and as cheap as possible. i've invested a lot of time, effort and money into rebuilding the engine and i'm feeling very let down by the old girl! I'm almost tempted to just cut my losses and sell it!

for anyone who would be willing to do it, is this replacement sill any good?
